— - BS Ag-related degree preferred
— - Ag background with strong understanding of Agriculture; previous experience with hay or forage products extremely beneficial
— - Territory sales experience a MUST plus MUST HAVE STRONG NETWORKING SKILLS WITH ABILITY TO BUILD / MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
— - Ability to manage sales and marketing activities independently
— - Strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skill set
— - MUST BE DRIVEN -- COMPETITIVE IN NATURE
— - Ability to operate sales territory as if it was his / her own business
